We wrapped up an incredible year of programming and left on a glass cracking, shoe throwing, Mariah “I don’t know her” Carey high note…Now, as we set our sights on 2025, we’re reconnecting with you!

🎉BIG NEWS: WE’RE OFFCIALLY A NON-PROFIT!🎉

We’re thrilled to share that LIL SIS has officially achieved non-profit status—a huge milestone that unlocks exciting opportunities for growth, funding, and impact.
We’re incredibly grateful to the City of Toronto for recognizing our work and providing funding to kick off Year 1 of our Strategic Plan.

What This Means for You:

✔️ Expanded performance & education opportunities
✔️ A stronger, more sustainable LIL SIS for years to come!

BEHIND THE SCENES: OUR STRATEGY RETREAT

As the first step in our strategic plan, our team took part in a transformational retreat with the incredible Rania El Mugammar. We revisited our values, vision, and goals—replanting our roots so we can flourish in new ways.

📍 Where? A Nova Scotia x Ontario collaboration (because we love a cross-provincial moment!)
📖 What we did: Deep-dived into our mission, explored new frameworks, and planned for a future that keeps YOU at the center.
